RFP Award Announcements

• Request for Proposal, dated August 8, 2011 for a Consultant to Provide
  Technical Consulting Services to audit the Performance Assurance Plan (PAP) required of Regional Bell Operating Companies produced and reported by Northern New England Telephone Operations LLC d/b/a FairPoint Communications - NNE (FairPoint).

Three proposals were received and a selection committee evaluated all proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP.  On the basis of these proposals, the NHPUC has awarded the contract to The Liberty Consulting Group.

• Request for Proposal, dated May 3, 2011 for Consulting Services, in DG 11-040, to assist in analyzing the works and systems that will be transferred and developed as a result of the joint petition filed by National Grid USA, et al. (“National Grid”), on behalf of Granite State Electric and EnergyNorth, and Liberty Energy Utilities Company and Liberty Energy Utilities (New Hampshire) Corp. (collectively, “Liberty Energy”). • Request for Proposal 2011-003, dated June 10, 2011 for Consulting Services regarding Cost of Equity and Overall Weighted Cost of Capital, in the DG 11-069, Northern Utilities, Inc. rate request. (8/15/11)

  Six proposals were received and a selection committee evaluated all proposals in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP.  On the basis of these proposals, the NHPUC has awarded the contract to Dr. J. Randall Woolridge.
