Energy Codes

All new construction, renovations and additions must meet the requirements of the New Hampshire Building Code http://www.nh.gov/safety/boardsandcommissions/bldgcode/.

For information regarding certification of compliance with the Energy Code, select appropriate link below.

A new code becomes effective April 1, 2010. The State Building Code Review Board has adopted the IECC 2009 with amendments. You may obtain a copy of the basic code at http://www.iccsafe.org/Store/Pages/default.aspx
